The First Several Months Of Ownership

The visor above the front passenger seat fell out of the roof. We took the van in for service and the visor was partially repaired. A new part had to be ordered to complete the repair.

The remaining part to fix the visor was installed. (I know that a visor falling apart is not a huge deal. However, looking back, where the visor screws into the roof is one of the places where water starting leaking into the vehicle. Maybe this is just coincidence. I don't know.)

The weather is getting colder and we are needing to use the front defrost quite regularly - and it doesn't seem to work very well. It seems to take in excess of ten minutes before it starts to work at all.

We were out shopping for the day. The front defrost was really starting to bother me so I decided that I was going to time it. We stopped off at CostCo and went in shopping for about 30 minutes. When we came back out to our van, the front window was fogged up - so I turned on the front defrost and started timing. It took 21 minutes to even begin defrosting the front window. Something is definitely wrong.
